Erson goes old school with knee and neurodynamic testing for a patient with chronic knee pain and complaints of tightness. This includes a prone knee bend/femoral nerve testing and some lumbar mobilizations. Old school and something he used to do on many patients but literally had not done in years.

Need to improve sciatic neurodynamics, hip flexion, and IR? Here is my favorite technique using an EDGE Mobility Band to modulate and decrease perception of stretch. After this, it's easy to load up with self neurodynamic tensioners progressing to deadlifts for loading!

NOI Group's texts and seminars have been some of my favorite to take and recommend.

Chronic Lateral Epicondylalgia often has neurodynamic dysfunction. The radial nerve may have some sensitivity going on due to an abnormal impulse generating site.
