The lateral tibial glide self mobilization and assessment I learned from Chris Johnson a few years ago has been invaluable in my practice. The lower quarter Clinical Practice Patterns are something I go over in Modern Manual Therapy Seminars and Premium. If you want to learn more check them out!

Interested in live cases where I apply this approach and integrate it with pain science, manual therapy, repeated motions, IASTM, with emphasis on patient education? Check out Modern Manual Therapy!
