TrX Shoulder Stability and Marching for Hip Dissociation

My friend and colleague Chris Nentarz quickly demonstrates a combination mobility/stability drill for the upper and lower quarters.

TrX Shoulder Stability and Marching for Hip Dissociation
  • provide a constant posterior force using your arms to activate your scapular stabilizers
  • combine with marching to promote hip mobility but make sure to keep lumbar spine in neutral

These drills and more will be part of the courses Chris and I are in the process of creating, Mobility 2 Perform!

  1. Love the DIY help when it comes to physical therapy, your the man when it comes to that! But I've been having a lot of shoulder trouble recently (Which is why I came here in the first place) do you have any tips on finding the best possible therapist in my local area? I have no idea where to start, Thanks. http://southmiamisportsmedicine.org/smsm1/services/crossfit-lessons/
