Banded Hip Corkscrew for Hamstring and Sciatic Mobility


Need to improve sciatic neurodynamics, hip flexion, and IR? Here is my favorite technique using an EDGE Mobility Band to modulate and decrease perception of stretch. After this, it's easy to load up with self neurodynamic tensioners progressing to deadlifts for loading!


It's one of my favorite techniques and works on a lot of the common lower quarter Clinical Practice Patterns taught in MMT: The Eclectic Approach to UQ and LQ Assessment and Treatment.
