Novel Ways to Mobilize the Thoracic Spine

Last week's Novel Ways to Mobilize the Shoulder was so popular, I decided to shoot a similar video for the thoracic spine. Everyone's favorite area to forget to mobilize for cervical, lumbar, shoulder, and breathing dysfunction.

Remember, you can't be specific. Don't even try, it's not worth it, and just not happening. General, non-threatening and non-specific mobilization is the name of the game and improves whatever motion is lost (not like unilateral right P/A improves only thoracic rotation left). Try these series of novel, and non-specific comfortable mobilizations, especially the last one, around every segment except the one that is most sensitized.
