Technique Highlight: Upper Thoracic Functional Mobilization

I don't use a lot of general oscillatory mobilizations these days, but this is one of my favorites as it improves upper thoracic mobility.

You can get modulatory effects that cross over to cervical pain, cervicogenic HA, and improve shoulder elevation as well.

Upper Thoracic Functional Mobilization

This technique and I go waaaaay back! I actually learned it from one of the instructors at University of St. Augustine, where I did fellowship training and got my first manual therapy certificate. As Larry Yack put it, even the little old ladies love it! Let me know what you think below or on the facebook page.
