Great Post! Healthy Tissues and Movement

Richmond writes about the importance of movement. I can't stress movement enough. Whether it's repeated motions via MDT, general movement after thrust manipulation and/or STM, or light movements within a pain free range to decrease CNS sensitivity and anxiety, motion is lotion!

All the different approaches stress one thing, which is movement, movement is our goal, whether it's through strengthening, passive, repeated, manipulation, or functional release. It is healthy for the tissues, muscles, and nervous system.
