We don't get many big RCTs in the PT world. The BOOST trial was a combined physical and psychological group program (BOOST program) for people with neurogenic claudication.

There are several takeaways for me. 


Patient-reported outcome measures (like FOTO And ODI) don't tell the whole story, but we still need objective markers of improvement.

Building in adherence strategies is key for successful rehabilitation.

Lastly, we should encourage physical activity, such as walking, within a program. Physical activity doesn't have to be formal exercise to be beneficial
