Fix Neck Pain and Wrist Issues While Nursing

Nursing a baby, or even bottle feeding repeatedly throughout the day and night can be tough! Many mothers get diagnosed with carpal tunnel syndrome, have neck pain and tension headaches, not to mention a lack of sleep!

We can't help with the sleep part - but trust us, it will get better! To relieve neck pain, headaches, wrist pain and hand numbness, you need to balance the repetitive and prolonged positions of nursing or bottle feeding with these simple stretches and movements we show in this video. Thanks to Modern Rehab Mastery mentee Dr. Dana Palmer for this video! She is available for local and online telehealth sessions at Dana Palmer PT.
