EDGE Suspension Trainer: Hip Thruster and Row to Unilateral Row Combo

Using an EDGE Suspension Trainer really opens up the possibilities of combining different exercises and working out many muscle groups for the upper and lower quarter. Hip Thrusters are really popular now, and they should be, very functional to work out those glutes! Doing them in a Suspension Trainer makes it more like a plank and then you can either row bilaterally or for an anti-rotation challenge, unilaterally.

I had some trouble with the angle unilaterally at first in the vid - it's tough!
