I recommend instructing on diaphragmatic breathing for HEP and possibly adding patient generated overpressure for her hourly cervical retraction exercises. Keep us updated!
Guest Case Update: Difficult TMD Pt s/p Bilateral Disc Replacements
Dr. Black stated I saw her this morning. She said she's been doing better with performing the self massage and HEP. I did the STM of the occipital area, TMJ mobs, and subcranial shear/distraction. She did well. The only complaint she had was a HA from traveling 3 1/2 hours home after a training course. So far so good!
