Do you treat the patient via your evaluation or treat the prescription? Do you treat a lumbar sprain? Or do you treat the dysfunction that is causing the symptoms? MDT works along with current research that shows classifying the patients into treatment categories helps improve outcomes much better than treating the patho-anatomical diagnosis.
