Good to see others are studying this. I would recommend they do at least 10 reps instead of 4, and perform it hourly similar to a MDT exercise routine. They would probably be better off just standing up and doing 10 backward. Use of a lumbar roll of course highly recommended as well!

  1. This really works as long as you do it regularly. In severe cases of poor posture, though, you're better off visiting a chiropractor for immediate treatment.
