Dead Bug on Foam Roller for Rotatory Stability

I just spent 5 days shooting videos for a few upcoming amazing products to be released on EDGE Mobility System. My goal is for it to be a full blown marketplace not only for my products, but seminars, instructional videos, ebooks and more!

I was in Seattle, with Chris Johnson, of Zeren PT and Performance. We shot a ton of content including assessments, treatments, our thoughts on what how you should address and educate runners and more! We also saw 3 live cases and evaluated and treated them in our unique and complimentary ways. It's going to be an amazing series of videos and will be up in a month or so on EDGE Mobility System Learning Collection.

Below is an assessment Chris likes to use to make the patient aware of rotatory stability asymmetries. It's great for challenging someone to the edge of their ability, which as you can see in the video, I exceeded with the final progression.
