Clinical Pearl: Shoulder Ballistic Whip Reset

Are your patients having difficulty getting to end range with their shoulder resets? Try using a light dumbell!



Caution, make sure they hold on tight, you don't want these things flying like Mjolnir!



Remember, this may be uncomfortable, but it should NOT be painful. The discomfort should be temporary and like any reset, should get easier with increased reps. Falling into the 87% means rapid changes. Train in that new motion! PS. My PTA who filmed this told me I look like I have been working hard....
