Q&A: Why is End Range Important?


Nick, who needed help with a lumbar case on the forum recently followed up with an update on the patient's progress.

He also asked me "Quick question, may be simple for you: why is it so important to get to end range (in general).  I have heard you say that end range is where the magic happens...just curious why end range is that way?  What is the physiology behind it?  Thanks man!"
