I used to subscribe to the ISPI newsletter a while back and don't know what happened, but I just stopped getting it. A big thanks goes out to Dr. Joe Brence, who forwarded Adriaan Louw's take on Maitland's approach. Follow the link to his blog, which then has the link to ISPI's newsletter. I resubscribed, hopefully they'll arrive in my inbox!
