Looks like a great post but it is really hard to read...do you have an original source that can offer a larger font? Would really like to read the fine print details.
Sorry! I tried to embed it as the original size but it's wider than my actual side and covers the sidebar! You could always download it and view it on your computer and use something free like picasa viewer to zoom in on it.
For me, the bottom line is on one of the hard to read, rest of the story, info. --"90 minutes before bedtime take a bath" (I do not know what is says in the fine print, but a neurogist friend of mine said that the bath warms and relaxes the muscles. Then when you retire to your hopefully cool bedroom, melatonin is released naturally--thereby aiding sleep--"60 minutes before bedtime, 'turn off distractions'". Same friend said both the TV and your computer emit a spectrum of light that actually energizes the brain--making it more difficult to fall asleep.--"60 min. before bedtime establish natural rhythms"--my guy suggested that whenever possible (>75% of the time) for my going to bed at 10 PM...I know, that's what DVR's are for...and waking up at 6 AM. He said then chances are eventually I would get >7 hrs. sleep regularly.
