An article on PubMed shows Anterior cruciate ligament deficiency causes brain plasticity: a functional MRI study. Surprise, surprise, the ACL injury also had cortical effects, suggesting injury may be considered neurophysiologic rather than just peripheral.


Chris over at Conditioning Research found a study that showed fatigue affecting an upper limb multi-joint task. Rest improved the task abilities.
